1. Use of Website

By accessing the Homeie website, you agree to use it lawfully and legitimately without infringing on others' rights. Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent use, uploading objectionable material, unauthorized system access, copying content, and any violations of Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Homeie reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations or inappropriate conduct at its discretion.

2. User Submissions

Our platform accepts inquiries, booking requests, property preferences, and related information through various forms. Key provisions:

  • Submissions are voluntary with no obligation for review or response
  • Users warrant they own their submissions and they don't infringe third-party rights
  • Users remain responsible for legal compliance of submitted content
  • Homeie disclaims liability for third-party reliance on submissions

3. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, photographs, floor plans, HomeScore evaluations, virtual tours, and design — belongs to Homeie or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution requires prior written consent.

4. Property Listings & Information

While we personally verify every home we list, property information (including pricing, availability, and scores) is subject to change. Homeie provides this information in good faith but does not guarantee its accuracy at the time of viewing. Always confirm details during your scheduled visit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Homeie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or data. Content is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for particular purposes.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Homeie and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, including reasonable attorney fees.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Gurgaon / New Delhi courts. Disputes shall proceed through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator, seat in New Delhi, and proceedings in English.

8. Changes to Terms

Homeie may amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and Homeie regarding use of this website.
