While some appreciate the green living concept and amenities like the water body, there are significant concerns about security breaches and management's lack of response to these issues.   • Water pressure and quality are reliably strong; no tanker drama on our visits
  • Quieter campus than the bigger Sector 60 high-rises. Birdsong in the central greens, not horns
  • Positioned for Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension. Practical commute math both directions

Tradeoffs to know

  • Sits noticeably above neighbouring developments on rent for similar configs
  • Some units face limited morning sun. Orientation matters here, ask before you commit
  • Clubhouse runs busy on weekends, especially around the pool
  • Internal road circulation can feel narrow during peak in/out hours
