House rules
What works
- M3M 65th Avenue retail spine downstairs. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, weekend life without the drive
- On-site Medanta E-clinic with 24-hour ambulance — rare for a Sec 65 high-rise
- Excellent water pressure and 24/7 supply confirmed across the units we walked
- Power backup runs ACs and lifts in full, not just essentials. Power cuts do not disrupt daily life
- Clubhouse, gym, kids play area, multiple pools — broad amenity coverage in one footprint
Worth knowing
- Mixed-use complex by design. Retail foot-traffic till around 11pm on weekends, calmer mid-week
- Lift waits during the 9-10am peak on high floors are noticeable, especially in the towers closest to retail
- Peak-hour congestion at the main gate from non-resident retail visitors
- Some distant construction noise depending on the tower position. Daytime only, manageable from upper floors
- M3M 65th Avenue right under the complex. Beautiful and super accessible, but becomes slightly noisy towards the evening.
