Why we started

We kept having the same rental experience. So we decided to fix the system.

Every time we moved in Gurgaon, we started from zero. New brokers. New WhatsApp groups. The same stale listings recycled across platforms. Photos that were taken three years ago. Surprises after the lease was signed.

The problem was never about finding listings. There are thousands. The problem was that none of them were reliable. No verification. No quality standards. No consistent way to compare two homes. No one owned the experience end to end.

We deliberately limit the number of homes we take on. Quality verification does not scale by adding volume. We would rather list 20 great homes than 200 mediocre ones.
